About

Stéphanie sought and found stillness when she started her yoga practice in 2008. Her interest of yoga grew as it gradually unfolded. She then attended yearly yoga festivals and integrated the teachings through specialized yoga classes and workshops.
In 2019, the time was right to take the plunge and become a yoga teacher herself. She completed a 28-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training certification, from Rama Lotus Yoga Centre (Ottawa, ON).
Following this grounding experience, she deepened her understanding of yoga by completing a 200-hour Inspired Living Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Program (Chelsea, QC).
She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT® 200) with the Yoga Alliance and follows an Ethical Code of Conduct in her teachings and business of yoga.
Stéphanie is committed to continuous learning and development so that her students may benefit from this knowledge in their own yoga practice. Her classes bring a harmonious blend of relaxation, challenge, guidance, space and playfulness.
“I believe that my yoga practice is key to live in the present and with gratitude. It has helped me face the challenges of life, and challenged me into introspection. My practice benefits my other physical activities, such as kickboxing which I have also been practicing since 2008.
I wish to share the wonderful tools yoga can offer for the health of your body, mind and spirit. I truly believe that yoga is for everybody. My passion: guiding my students to find the benefits that a mindful yoga practice can bring on and off the mat.
Namaste“

“Undisturbed calmness of mind is attained by cultivating friendliness toward the happy, compassion for the unhappy, delight in the virtuous, and indifference toward the wicked.”
